Julia's Restaurant is a student-run business operated by students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program.

Located on the SST campus, Julia's provides a unique dining experience for members of the School and seacoast communities. Menus are planned to utilize local, in-season ingredients and to showcase a variety of techniques used in creating both American and international cuisines.

SST students perform all tasks required to run this business including managing the restaurant, planning the menus, ordering supplies, preparing the dishes and serving the food.

The restaurant is open on select Thursdays for lunch and for several evening meals during the school year. Catering service is available by prior arrangement.
